1- Contact information:
The application collects some device data that helps improve the experience, such as device language and system type. The application also tracks the user’s geographical location during the official request, which was specified by the customer and was sent by the user’s work official, and the user is not tracked if the customer’s request ends. It is used for the purposes of recording user data from the job site.
2- Entered information:
The information entered by the user, such as transportation requests, goods transportation, and transportation, is saved.
3- Device characteristics:
To provide services, the application needs access to some user and device information, such as: GPS location, camera, device files. The application allows the ability to attach files to complete requests, such as car pictures – pictures of goods (photos, PDF, other types of files will be ignored).
B- Information storage:
The user’s information is stored in the servers specified by the application management within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the application management is keen to ensure that these servers are protected from penetration and unauthorized entry in accordance with the applicable standards, and the application management undertakes to delete it from those servers upon cancellation of the employer to which the user belongs to the subscription From the Wataniya platform and application within a period of (30 days) from the date of cancelling the subscription
C- Tracking and location coordinates:
• Cases in which the user’s geographical location is tracked:
1- That the customer has chosen to register and monitor the presence of users with the geographical location feature.
2- The user must be registered in the system and the coordinates of the work site must be determined.
3- The user must log in to the application to monitor the user’s geographical location.
• Cases in which the user’s geographical location is not tracked
1- The user is logout of the Apps in the system.
2- The user is removed his data in the APP.
3- The user terminate the order before Arrive to admin.
4- The user is not demand any request on App.
Use and disclosure:
A – The right to view user information is limited to employees authorized to do so in the management of the application and for the purposes and uses determined by the policies approved by the management of the application.
User Responsibility for Privacy Protection:
• In order to protect user information, we recommend the following:
A- Immediate contact with the technical support of the application when the user believes that another person was able to obtain access information to his account in the application or any other confidential information.
b- Not giving out any confidential information over the phone or the Internet unless the identity of the person or party receiving the information is known.
C- Not to share the login information (username and password) with others, and not to allow others to use the user account in the application.
Registration Data
If you register on our apps, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit this information.
Data created
during use of our services. This includes:
- Location data (driver and delivery person): We collect precise or approximate location data from drivers’ and delivery persons’ mobile devices when the NAS app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen).
- Location data (riders and order recipients). We collect precise or approximate location information from riders’ and order recipients’ mobile devices if they enable us to do so via their device settings.
Support Data
If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our ticketing system. Only the data you explicitly provided is sent, and you are asked for consent, each time you want to create a new support ticket.
Google Analytics

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personally identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.
In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.
